GUEST SERVICE

Guest Service offices can be found at Alpental, Summit West, & Summit Central. The Guest Service offices are the place to go for lost persons, lost or stolen equipment, season pass issues, and when you lock your keys in your car. Guest Service offices will be open when their respective base areas are open.  For normal operating hours per base area, click here.

OTHER SERVICES AT THE SUMMIT

Ski & Board Check: Daily ski and bag check is available at Summit West, Summit Central, & Alpental.
On-Mountain Shuttle Bus: Six days a week, excluding Monday, shuttles circle to all the base areas in operation and the Best Western Summit Inn. On weekends and holidays, three to four shuttles are in service and circle each base area every 15-20 minutes.
Summit Sports: Check out the newest in ski and snowboard apparel and accessories.
Church Services: Open every Sunday at 8:30am during the winter. Non-denominational services are held. The church is located at Summit West.
Coin Op. Lockers: Lockers are located at each base area and the best place to store your belongings.
Repair Shops: Repair Shops are located at Alpental, Summit West, & Summit Central. They specialize in custom tunings, waxes, and more!
On-Mountain Security: Security is on duty seven days a week and our guest service office can help you locate a security officer.

HELPFUL HINTS

• Check our Conditions Page before leaving home or call the Snowline at 206-236-1600. The Snowline and Conditions Page is updated at least six times a day, starting at 6am.
• Check on road conditions and call the Department of Transportation at 1-800-695-7623.
• Carry tire chains with you when you drive up to the Summit.
• Always keep and bring an extra key for your vehicle and keep in a safe place.
• Always remember to zip up your pockets... don't want you to lose those keys or wallet.
• No sledding devices are allowed at the ski area.
• Use Ski & Board Check or lock your equipment for your protection. We are not responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
• Avoid the long lines at the Tubing Center and reserve your session online. Sessions are available online for Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.
• Remember to bring the following items: Warm Jacket, Water Proof Snow Pants, Gloves, Sunglasses/Goggles, Hat/Helmet, Sunscreen, Water, Energy Bar.
