The BIG S Season’s Pass: All employees are issued their own complementary season pass. This is an unlimited pass, good at any time. (except when you’re workin’)

Dependent Passes Or Vouchers: Full time employees ( 32+ hour/week ) can choose between free or reduced-rate dependent passes or 10 Vouchers to share with friends and family.

FREE Lessons: Employees learn to ski or snowboard for free (depending on class availability) courtesy of The Summit Learning Center.  Employee's family members receive a 50% discount on their lessons!

Ski exchange Program: Employees may ski/board at participating Washington, Oregon and Idaho resorts for free! Crystal Mountain, Mt. Baker, and Schweitzer are just a few of the participating resorts.
