Base of Edelweiss

In surfing, this spot would be called "the lineup." It is where you must wait on a powder day for your chance to ‘shralp the Alp’, and leave your ephemeral artwork on the side of the mountain. The Armstrong Express High-Speed Detachable Quad Chairlift provides easy access to this spot. You can run laps on the front, lower half of the mountain if you must wait for avalanche control work to finish in Edelweiss Bowl or in the backcountry.
